Overview

GES Group are a growing and innovative company, always on the look-out for talented engineers to join our close-knit team.
Working Hours: This role is full time (38 hours p/w) with potential for overtime, and 29 days holiday per year, inclusive of 8 statutory holidays.
Salary: GES offer professional and attractive pay rates In line with, and above, the current 2023/24 JIB, IET & AEMT Industry Engineering Rates Review. Essential Criteria:

  • Qualified to Diploma/Degree level in Electronic/Electrical Engineering (or similar).
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in industry.
  • Experienced in using power analysers and experience using electrical software packages.
  • Must have the ability to work as part of a team, operate under minimal supervision and prioritise tasks effectively for best productivity.
  • Must be self-motivated individual who has strong problem-solving skills.

We are looking for an experienced Power Quality Engineer to join a growing company with a reputation for innovation and excellence in engineering. The Engineer will be working with existing and potential customers, through-out Northern Ireland.

Experience & Skills:

  • G5/4-1 and G5/5 compliance assessments
  • Load profile/trends on key supplies
  • Supply efficiency and cost reduction opportunities
  • flicker, sag, and other phenomena
  • hramonic related problems
  • fault investigation
  • Power Quality health check
