GES Group employees recently celebrated achieving qualifications from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
Supported by an Invest Northern Ireland Skills Growth Programme, four of the Company's Managers obtained a Level 5 ILM Diploma and seven employees received a Level 3 ILM Award, in recognition of their hard work.
The ILM qualifications, which were delivered by GES Group training partner, Ingenuity, represent an investment by the Company into developing and upskilling the competency levels of employees across multiple functions and levels within the business.
Moraig Fitzpatrick, a Senior Consultant with Ingenuity, said:
"Ingenuity are delighted to work with the teams at GES Group as they continue their professional development. The ILM Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications recently achieved by team members illustrates the company’s focus on training, development, and professional growth. The Company is regularly recognised as one of the best managed companies in Ireland, and its training programmes are award-winning. It is great to play a small part in that."
Speaking about the employees' achievement, GES Group Managing Director, David Moore, added:

I have witnessed substantial progress across the company, which reinforces the investment we have made. Both individuals and their departments are performing better, and challenges and opportunities presented by the ever-changing market and economy are embraced. There is no question that the good leadership and management practices we have embraced have had a truly significant impact on our organisation's performance - both now, and for the future. Thanks to all of our team for their hard work, and congratulations on their well-earned success."
