David Moore, GES Managing Director, said;
“We work in a highly demanding service sector, so our people are key to sustainable business success. We pride ourselves on building strong partnerships with our clients, customers and suppliers, and foremost our employees. Gaining Investors in People recognition in 2012 assured us that our culture is developing successfully in-line with our strategic programme.
GES Group fully supports the development of highly trained, motivated and dedicated employees. We are in the process of adding a further 8 Apprentices to our trainee intake and I am confident our training and development programme will promote sustainable employment within the community. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Rachel and Peter for their personal development successes and outstanding achievement; we are very pleased to have them as part of the GES team and as part of our company’s future.”
GES Group would like to acknowledge the NRCs commitment to providing quality training and development programmes, and we wish to congratulate the Ballymena Borough Chamber of Commerce and Industry on their successful event and continuing outstanding efforts for the local business community.
