Our apprentice rotation policy has ensured that Michael has been given a sound grounding in a variety of skills such as panel building, servicing, maintenance, and motor rewinds.

“GES Group works to achieve and maintain powerful partnerships with industry, our customers, and our employees. Michael’s success is a perfect example of our new strategy having recently invested in a new training and development programme with an intake of 18 apprentices. The company would like to thank Mike for his brilliant efforts over the past 4 years of his apprenticeship, committing to his own personal and professional success and development; we are very pleased to have him as part of our future strategy.”

GES Group would also like to acknowledge the NRC’s commitment to providing quality training and development to apprentices and local businesses, and we of course congratulate the Ballymena Chamber of Commerce on their 10th anniversary; their outstanding efforts continue to encourage and develop the local business community.
