The Construction Skills Register (CSR) is an Industry approved Health and Safety training course and assessment. As part of GES Group’s Health and Safety Management System, we aim to ensure that all staff who require Construction Skills Register training remain within their expiry dates at all times. GES Group are currently 100% CSR trained.

GES Group have specialist staff who are trained in Safe Operating Procedures when operating and working on High Voltage power systems, switchgear and distribution equipment. This includes approval for examining, testing, isolating, authorising and signing-off on High Voltage power systems, including extensive knowledge of Permit to Work and Sanction to Test systems.

Accredited by RoSPA, the internal training delivered to our employees covers a wide variety of topics, including: Working at Height, Electrical Safety, Environmental Awareness, Manual Handling, Fire Safety, Accident Reporting, Asbestos Safety, Confined Spaces, Slips, Trips and Falls and Permit to Work.
IET Approved Apprenticeship status demonstrates GES Group’s commitment to development and progression, and endorses the quality of the Company’s scheme against IET benchmarks, as well as providing Apprentices with access to IET’s vast resources.
